MARKETING MATTERS: The Roots Kick of Heineken’s Concert Series at NYC’s famed Apollo Theater
The Roots Crew will Kill it.
Heineken is kicking off their new Legend Concert Series at the Apollo Theater with one of our favorites, Highbrid Nation approved “The Roots.” For some reason they STILL are the only real hip hop band. You think someone would bite by now. Anyway, The Philly crew will set off the party with two concert on Feb. 22 but the Heineken New Legend Series will continue with seven quarterly shows over the next two years.
Tickets will run you $31 but bring some extra duckets for the Heineken Lounge which according to the press release promises to be the newest innovation in customized bars. hmmm we’ll be the judge of that.
The concert series is designed in part to celebrate the 75th anniversary of Apollo’s Amateur Night, and marks the launch of Heineken’s official partnership with the legendary Theater.
