Foxy Brown Denied Early Release
The Ill Nana will have to rap from the pokie.
Foxy brown whose real name is Inga Marchand was denied release from Rikers Island Prison in New York to go and get treatment for her on going hearing problem in California. Foxy’s lawyers maintain that California is the only place where she can receive the treatment that she needs, while prosecutors maintain that Foxy could receive the same treatment in New York and prisoners do not have the right to request specific doctors for treatment.
She is in prison after violating probation stemming from an assault on two nail salon workers in Manhattan in August 2004.
