Yung Joc Makes Bail; Skips Court Date Now Considered Fugitive
After making $50K bail, Yung Joc doesn’t appear for court date and is now considered a fugitive on the run.
Yung Joc failed to show up for his arraignment today (Dec. 26) on a felony charge of carrying a concealed weapon. The Bad Boy South rapper was released on $50,000 on Christmas Eve (Dec. 24)
The rapper is now considered a fugitive, said a prosecutor said, according to the Associated Press.
Joc stands accused of attempting to take a loaded gun onto a Delta Air Lines flight Sunday and was charged with carrying a concealed weapon.
Cuyahoga County assistant prosecutor Gayle Williams said Joc was now considered a fugitive, and she planned to request a warrant for him.
Joc’s attorney, Stanley Jackson Jr., said that the rapper was out of town on “personal and family obligations.”
