First Look: 2008 Suzuki Hayabusa – LRG Edition
A look at the limited edition Suzuki 2008 Hayabusa LRG Edition
Since 1999, when Suzuki first released the Hayabusa—the Japanese word for Peregrine Falcon, a bird that can reach over 200 mph and the natural predator of the ‘Blackbird’ (Honda)— it took the title of the fastest production motorcycle. Not much has changed since then, the bike is virtually unchanged, except of course when it comes to custom designs like this hyper-limited, 2008, L-R-G created masterpiece. It sports all sorts of features that would make both motorcycle and streetwear enthusiasts proud. It boasts a dope pearl white power paint scheme, all sorts of L-R-G accents: custom windscreen, laser engraved seat and Vodoo exhaust, plus all the accouterments of a bona fide super bike, including grips by MOMO, Race Tech and Eibach rear springs, Pirelli Diablo tires, as well as custom gauges, chrome bolts and accent pieces by CSC. But best enjoy it here, since this one of a kind bike won’t be available for production and is more of a hype machine.
