Brothers Keenan, Shawn & Marlon Wayans are all set to develop a new Hip-Hop based, scripted comedy series called “The Life and Times of Marcus ‘Felony’ Brown.”

The chow is currently being prepared and in development for launch on cable network VH1.

The Premise of the show centers on a up-and-coming hard-core East Coast rapper (Darius McCrary aka Foolish Enough To Wife Superhead or Eddie Winslow of Family Matters) who, after his debut album goes platinum, is forced to relocate to Los Angeles to record his follow-up. He is joined by his hype man, manager, and hard-partying bodyguard.
