Two NYPD officers are under investigation over allegations they stripped a 14-year-old boy to his underwear and left him in a swamp after they caught him hurling eggs,They are being charged with unlawful imprisonment and endangering the welfare of a minor. The cops have been stripped of their guns and placed on desk duty. The officers allegedly witnessed the youth hurling eggs at cars and took it upon themselves to teach him a lesson by leaving him stripped to his boxer shorts in the marsh. The 14 yr. old walked to the Burlington Coat Factory store and asked employees to call his parents. Their are also claims he was roughed-up by the officers. On the bright side they managed to pull off all of this w/o shooting him 50 times. R.I.P. Sean Bell.
