U.S. Magistrate Judge Alan Baverman granted T.I. (real name: Clifford Harris) a $3 million bond during a court hearing Friday (October 26), according to Fox News in Atlanta. The rapper is charged with possession of unregistered machine guns and silencers, and possession of firearms by a convicted felon.Â
T.I. is free on bond and is currently signing his paperwork. His next stop is the jail where he will be processed out. T.I. is under house arrest in accordance with his bond which was detailed in court today. T.I.’s hearing was delayed from last last week because attorneys were not prepared.
The holdup was the fact that T.I.’s mom, who was living in T.I.’s home when it was raided by the feds 2 weeks ago, had to move all her things out as part of the strict conditions of T.I.’s bond. which allows for only T.I., Tiny and his children to live in the home, in addition to an adult monitor who will search guests that are on a pre-approved visitation list.
