I’ve spent some time talking to you all about responsible journalism over the last few weeks. Often times we see the press have more power over the masses of public opinion than any other entity. Apperently this reporter Mark S. Allen from Sacramento’s CW31 decided he only wanted to talk about wardrobe malfunctions and Janet Jackson’s naked tittie when she joined Tyler Perry for an interview to promote their new movie “Why Did I Get Married.” Here’s the interview.
As you see he was way out of line and harped on the question. I understand you’ve never had the opportunity to interview Janet on the topic bro but this is a news program and by no means is a Superbowl halftime show from 3 years ago news regardless of what happened. Well for one the public fired back and wrote tons of letters and so many emails, the station’s servers crashed their email system. The backlash forced Allen to publicly apologize.
Hey this is the way its supposed to work. You do something asinine and you get your card pulled, then you say you’re wrong and move forward. No one needs to catch feelings or get fired or. It shouldn’t always be a racial issue, dukes just made a mistake.
FILED IN Movies, Need to Know

He was arrogant in the way he went after her. But I give TP his do in deflecting the question.
Agreed. I neglected to give Tyler Perry his due although I’m not a fan.
