Diddy…get that lawyer money together. Sean “Diddy” Combs is back in the legal crosshairs after James Waldon, a 27-year-old promoter is suing him claiming his bodyguards jumped him at the Combs request.

EURweb.com is reporting that Waldon was promoting a group at The Box nightclub in on Manhattan’s Lower East Side. Noticing Diddy was in the house but was preparing to depart, Waldon approached Diddy to, according to court documents, invite him to stay and check out the group’s performance. Diddy then nonverbally gestured to have Waldon removed from his presence and a beatdown ensued.

A couple things here…I’m no lawyer but since when does a gesture indicate that Diddy is liable for the asswhoopping that my man received. I mean I can see Diddy being a d*ckhead and signaling to his guards to remove the riffraff. But does he have a specific signal for a beatdown? I’m guessing in some way there was exchanges by both parties which angered the bodyguards. He probably felt played by Diddy and mouthed off or even got physical initiating the exchange but getting played isn’t a cause for a lawsuit. Wasn’t there but logic isn’t your side Waldon.
