White people please stop jogging at 1pm in the afternoon on 90 degree days and act like its ok, you will drop dead. 2 runners died yesterday in 2 separate races yesterday. The associated Press is reporting Chad Sheiber a Michigan Police officer died and dozens of others needed medical attention while running the Chicago marathon 88 degree temps and wicked humidity forced organizers to shut the race down half way through the event but it was a heart condition, not the heat, that killed Chad Schieber, an autopsy showed Monday. In a completely separate race an unidentified Fairfax County Virginia man collapsed and died 200 yards from the finish line in the popular army 10k near the Pentagon. The cause of death wasn’t known.

One Response to 2 Marathon Runners Die in 2 Separate Races

  1. Evorgleb says:

I have run several miles in temps well above 110. its possible. the key is hydration. I’d imagine a marathon runner would know that. unless they pulled a puffy and just thought they’d be able to run 10 miles without proper training.
