In the latest example of kicking a man when he’s down two banks have decided to file suit against Michael Vick stemming from his failure to repay loans totaling over $4.3 million.
1st Source Bank is alleging that Vick took out a $2 million dollar loan in January for his Atlanta based car rental agency, Divine Seven in order to purchase a fleet of standard sedan vehicles. Vick, Divine Seven’s chief financial officer is said to have signed a guarantee of payment according to the court documents.
Last week, the Royal Bank of Canada filed a $2.3 million lawsuit against Vick for failing to pay a real estatle loan.
The banks have used the information gained through Vick’s high profile case to determine that his suspension by the NFL affects his ability to repay the loans and is why they’ve both filed suit.

You better return everything you owe brother cause cats are really going to take shots at you now. I know its a lonely time but use it as an opportunity to know who your true friends are.
