Big ups to Lee Bailey for this one. Who said the heavyweight boxing division is dead? Looks like Evamder Holyfield and George Foreman will toe the line and do battle. No not in the ring but in the kitchen. Holyfield has recently appeared on 1/2 hour infomercials promoting a new kitchen table top grill similar to that of George Foreman’s highly successful “Lean Mean Fat Reducing Grilling Machine,” which is said to have earned $100 million in sales since 1995 according to the Associated Press.

“I’ve got a George Foreman grill. It’s a good grill. But don’t you think the latest grill is supposed to be the best grill?” In his infomercial Holyfield adorns an apron and describes the product’s culinary and health benefits.

Obviously Holyfield has taken too many blows to the head…seriously. I wonder who this man has around him that can insulate him from making a fool of himself. He’s still fighting at age 44 and is scheduled to fight some Russian in a place called the Icebox arena. No one cares about his endeavors and honestly he shouldn’t either. He’s made a decent amount of dough, take it and your 5 braincells you have left and go chill somewhere. Its so sad watching these boxers who I saw as heroes in the ring totally fall to mush because they don’t know when to stop. Like Mike Tyson said, “go fade into bolivian”
