Over the weekend the Los Angeles Times published an interview with Dr. Dre.  He discussed his new fitness program, what he’s working on his album “Detox” which has been pushed back more times than Emeka Okafor’s hairline.

“I was really hoping to have it out this year, but it’s going to have to be pushed back a while because of some other things I’ve got to work on,” Dr. Dre told the reporter when asked about Detox.   He added that he was two or three tracks away from finishing Detox.
Speaking about the upcoming Eminem album, Dre said, “we’ll be trying to get his thing done and work on a few things on my own project.”

But the question we’ve all been asking ourselves is what steroids fitness program has been on.  In the interview he said he spends between 2 and 2 ½ hours a day during the week in the gym, going from 270 pounds to 220 and bringing his body fat down from 29% to 6%.  “I feel like I can kick a brick wall down now,” Dre said.

Hmmmm…I don’t know bee.  That transformation wasn’t necessarily Barry Bonds or McGuiresque but he’s huge now kid.  I’m not believing it.  I’ma call BALCO see if they got some records.  Talk amongst yourselves.
