WHY O.J. SHOULD BE FREED: This Time It’s Not About The Superstar.

Aight look…I’m not going to waste anyone’s time reporting about O.J. Simpson’s recent arrest on suspicion of robbery of some memorabilia…you already know that. My question was perhaps the same question that I and so many others asked waaaaay back when he was on trial for murder, how does this man get a fair trial? Now more than even back then. I mean everyone believes he was guilty then so will it be in someway payback now?Â
The initial returns are telling. O.J. was denied bail during his arraignment over the weekend. Surprisingly activists are coming to his aide. Najee Ali, director of Project Islamic HOPE says The “TRUTH” is ”Simpson should be presumed innocent until proven guilty. He has no history of ever being convicted of a crime.â€Â   According to Ali’s press release, Walter Alexander who allegedly was with Simpson’s WAS RELEASED on his own recognizance.
Ali claims that this is judicial racism at its best.  WRONG! Its judicial biased based on public opinion. Don’t always jump to the race card it discredits good arguments.  Look O.J. did it…we know but we live in a country of rules. The justice system has unjustly locked up so many POOR (not just minority) people for hundreds or years.  But it’s the system we have in place. The same system that continuously lets celebrities dip out on sentences because of mystery illnesses because the rules are becoming more relaxed. The courts messed up the first time but if we persecute O.J. in the court of public opinion instead of the facts at hand we’ll continue to see the rich and famous benefit from the system while the courts over compensate by unjustly throwing the book at us underprivileged. That’s word!
