I wish I were a fly on the wall of the Duck Down offices where the brain trust sat around a table and said “Let’s release another Smif N Wesson/ Cocoa Brovas album. Yeah that’s a great idea we’ll make money.” Now although I truly respect them as artist, probably one of my favorite duos of all time. Isn’t it time to let it go? I mean really other than your diehards who’s going to even know the album dropped let alone buy it. You’re not getting any love on MTV and probably not BET either. Your audience is now pushing 30 and probably has better things to do with their money than roll the dice on a SNW album. I bet the singles don’t even get love on iTunes.  I know I sound like a hypocrite ‘cause I’ve been complaining about Hip Hop music being unlistenable but I’m a business man as well and its a shame to watch a company like Duck Down play their selves with this project. I hope it does well…for their sake.   Â
