Hewlett-Packard Co. is far behind but attempting to make a go in the smartphone game. Wednesday they dropped two new phones in effort to sell to large companies and business people on the go.
The phones were launched during a New York ritzy event where the company introduced 55 new products  including the two new phones and some sleek handheld computers. The iPAQ 600 Series Business Navigator looks and functions like a cell phone and includes a navigation feature with 3-D maps.   The iPAQ 900 Series Business Messenger is a smart phone with a full keyboard.Â
HP has always been a player in the PDA business, but they’re still best known for their computer products. But as customers move away from PDAs and toward more phone-like devices, HP is reinventing themselves.Â
They look ok. I love the Window mobile. But why have one of these when I have my Treo? I guess to be different and pay more money.Â
