Dee From Ruff Ryders Indicted on Drug/ Gun Charges

The Bergen County Record is reporting that Ruff Ryder CEO, Darrin “Dee” Dean has been indicted on drug and gun charges.  Dean was picked up by Palisades Parkway police in May after a routine traffic stop stemming from a broken taillight. The officers then searched the vehicle after smelling weed smoke. They reported finding a 3+ pounds of cocaine and a .45 caliber handgun in a secret compartment in the vehicle.
A Bergen County grand jury on Wednesday indicted Darrin Dean, with possession of cocaine with intent to distribute it, as well as unlawful possession of a handgun. His driver who was also in the vehicle was charged as well.  Both, however are now free on bail.
