We knew they were working on it and it was only a matter of time. Hackers have broken the lock on Apple’s iPone.  George Holtz, 17 has developed the procedure that will allow foreign and domestic owners to use the device on whatever network they’d like. The Jersey native confimed Friday that he was able to use the phone on T-Mobile’s service.Â
The procedure, which takes 2 hours, is very complicated and requires a solid understanding of soldering and software. The developement although not as exciting to americans it is a huge developement for users overseas who are iphone deprived. AT&T and Apple haven’t released a statement but i’m sure they’re pissed. lol.Â
