I’ve seen this on Family Guy, and seeing that they parody real stuff I wondered what it was.  I’m sorry joke or no joke, TV or no TV if you do this to me I’ll kick your ass no doubt.  It is funny though, check out the kids later in the video.  This may be staged though, who knows?  The wind up in the last one is funny as hell.
