The judge has spoken and has said “LET THERE BE PORN.” The Cook County Criminal Court Judge in the R. Kelly child pornography case, Vincent Gaughan, has upheld his earlier ruling to allow the media and public to see the videotape starring Kelly.  Prosecutors previoiusly had been fighting to have him reverse his ruling saying making the tape public would revictimize the the girl. 

Here’s the kicker though because the girl who prosecutors cliam was in the video denies being the lead actress, she can’t be re-victimized.  Had she admitted the allegations, he would not allow the video to be shown in open court. The prosecution team’s pediatrician, Dr. Sharon Cooper however is arguing that she is exibiting behavioir that is consistant with a victim who is scared to come forward.      

Kelly is facing up to 15 years in prison if convicted.  He pleaded not guilty to 14 counts of child pornography. 

Honestly, it wouldn’t suprise me if the judge just has a thing for kiddy porno or is gay and gets off on watching R. Kelly naked. Sick f*cks.
