Hov is 2nd Best Dressed Cat in World

Atleast according to Esquire magazine.  I don’t really agree with that.  He good for the most part, but sometimes there’s alot of biscuits and smith ties.  New England Patriot Tom Brady was 1st.  Thats a smith too.
