Wednesday, Former and once again current Spice Girl, Melanie Brown announced that she is filing a paternity suit against Eddie Murphy to legally establish him as the father of her daughter, Angel Iris Murphy Brown.

“I am here today for one reason and one reason only; her name is Angel,” Brown said during a press conference Wednesday. “Angel is my baby and Eddie’s. She will always know that she was planned and wanted by both of us.”

According to the Brown, Murphy has yet to see his now four-month-old daughter Angel. Although a DNA test had been performed to establish paternity but paternity has not been legally acknowledged.
