Forgive me if I’m wrong but wasn’t it Slim Thug who said “I money in da bank?”  Well turns out his savings account isn’t as beefy as one might think.  According to my girl over at White Chalk he had to sell his Rolls Royce Phantom so he could bank enough bread to cop a Pharrell track at $50K a joint.  In a statement he said: “a n*gga aint got money like that…”

Obviously not.  Is it me or do rappers think that just cause they have a video on BET they must cop some six figure whip.  Honestly, what’s wrong with a nice Acura TL or even the new Altima is hot.  Then you’d have the money to cop Timberland or Pharrell all day and still maintain an image.   My thoughts.
