While Usher was on a plane to meet his mom in hopes to patch things up, Tameka was speaking to the press. “No one knows why we canceled the wedding, but I can tell you that all of the reasons that everyone is speculating and writing about are completely untrue,” Foster told People late Monday.  She never says exactly why the wedding was called off though.
Thanks for clearing everything up for us Tameka. With most of our lives so entangled in our own personal everyday drama it’s nice to know that the rich and famous have a taste of it as well.
Foster actually went as far as to say she checked herself into local hospital (for what we don’t know of course) but speculation was that she went into pre-term labor as a biproduct of the stress surrounding the non-wedding.

“We had a scare,” she volunteered. “But, I am fine and the baby is fine.â€
