Just wanted to give props to my man Shaq.  He has a reality show starting on ABC in the upcoming weeks.  The show is geared around 6 kids who are medically overweight and in danger of having lifelong health problems if they don’t get the proper help.

Shaq inspires and works with the kids to lose weight and its a joy to see.  Obesity among our nation’s children is a huge problem that is overlooked, atleast in my opinion.  In one promo you see the kids working out and actually becoming happier wih their weight loss achievements.

Its a real feel good type of thing.  Not only will he change these kids lives but, children around the world will be inspired by the diesel.  After all Shaq is a big kid.  This cat does it right, check your local listings for dates and times.  You should see ads for it during the NBA final fa sho.
