Well while we thought Ray J’s recent sex tape with ex-girlfriend Kim Kardashian has heightened his popularity and put him on the Hollywood A-List we have finally have an example of how the film might be putting a leak in his pockets.

According to WENN, his sex tape with ex-girlfriend Kim Kardashian was too risqué for producers of a film he was  inked to star in oppostite gospel star Yolanda Adams.  The untitled film, which is set to be targeted toward the church audience in the Tyler Perry vain.

After learning about the video, the filmmaker’s got antsy and requested that the actor audition multiple times for the role, a practice that is unorthodox for an actor of his clout.

“I felt like I shouldn’t have had to audition because I’d worked with the casting director on a few movies,” he explained. “But I did it for him. We were going through this whole thing and I was just like, ‘I’ve got the part.’ Then they called me and asked me, ‘Yo, what’s up with the sex tape? We know about it.’ Then they called me back and said, ‘Well, Yolanda Adams is in the movie and this is gospel and we just can’t do it.”

This is not the first time that Ray J’s lude acts might have cost him bread.  Remember his  video for “Wait A Minute” with Lil Kim which was curiously banned after several months because he drinking while underage and too sexual for a boy his age. After the video his film auditions dropped in volume.  “I was all over Lil’ Kim and all down in her legs and all over her breasts and stuff” he bragged, “so they thought it was a little over the top.”

Yeah perhaps Ray J.  I forgot about that video and in hindsight I’m not suprised this dude made that sex tape.  He’s not a sex crazed young man he’s gay and is in love with a man…himself!  Yeah I said it.
