Busta Rhymes was arrested yet again on a drunken driving charge early this morning (Thursday.) Police stopped Rhymes at 12:40 AM because the windows on his SUV were overly tinted. Uhhh ok, perhaps its because he was rocking 30″ rims and you figured he was a drug dealer. This marks the latest in a series of recent legal troubles for the washed up emcee.

When Sgt Mike Wysokowski stopped him, he said officers smelled alcohol on the rapper’s breath. Rhymes was then taken into custody on a charge of driving while impaired. He will be arraignment later on Thursday. Rhymes is also awaiting trial on Tuesday for two assault charges.

Two things: Why if you have such bad luck with police are you drinking AND DRIVING? UGIN, you’re rich. Get one of your entourage to drive. Even Vincent Chase has Turtle. Second, the police stopped him at 12 midnight for driving with tints that were too dark? Hmmm at 12 midnight aren’t everyone’s windows too dark? I don’t know. But like I said, get a driver Busta. I guess this is the only way he can stay in the headlines, getting arrested and marrying video hoes, I mean vixens.
