Micheal Carey who fired 3 shots and Paul Headley who fired 1 shot escaped criminal charges but could still face departmental charges.The Queens County Grand Jury heard from more than 60 witnesses. for those who don’t know an indictment means the jury believes theres enough evidence to bring the case to trial. On Nov. 25th of last year Sean bell was brutally murdered and his friends Trent Benefield and Joseph Guzman were shot multiple times When these trigger happy jakes shot at their car 5O TIMES! Bell and friends had just finished having Bells Bachelor party at Club Kalua in Queens NY. Bell was supposed to get married later on that day. And struggle we will.” While Detectectives Endowment Association President Michael Palladino had this to say “I know the grand jury worked long and hard on this particular case. They obviously heard a lot of evidence … they obviously feel there are triable issues with respect to these three officers in this case, so I respect their decision.
