Think B.I.G.: The G.O.A.T. - Ten Years Later…

It was 10 years ago today that we lost, arguably (for y’all but not for me) the greatest MC in the game…The Notorious B.I.G. Words can never really define the effect B.I.G. had on the Hip-Hop world but the Brooklyn Don took it by storm. It’ll be cool if all y’all took the time out to to write a comment and pay homage to the Late Great King of New York…Christopher “The Notorious B.I.G.” Wallace (May 21, 1972 – March 9, 1997).
Here is a cool tribute to the legend with exculsive photos, unreleased footage, music and interviews with his friends, colleauges and admirers: AOL B.I.G. TRIBUTE

IN Music, Need to Know

there are so many great emcees, i dont think its fair to call someone the greatest ever but Biggie will certainly be on the top of many people’s list. I guess one of the main ways i judge how great an emcee is is how many flow jackers does he have. ANd we all know there are a lot of emcees are out there using Biggies rhymes and mimicing his delivery
“Let The late veteran live!”
B.I.G. represented my youth. He was the opitomy of cool to me. Everything about him was what I wanted to rep. Being from Brooklyn he made me proud of my boro and I rep hard for it till this day.
You always remember where you were when disaster strikes. I was on my way to play a baseball game. My senior year in high school. I was driving and almost crashed around a corner when I heard B.I.G. died the night before.
Talk black history…don’t forget B.I.G. I better see him in my kids history books. Yeah he was controversial and very vulgar BIT he made a whole population proud and gave a lot of emcees and artist hope. WHERE BROOKLYN AT!

The Greatest Rapper of ALL TIME R.I.P.
There are alot of good emcees, but only a few great ones. B.I.G. did in two albums what many can not do in five. He and 2Pac are what got me deep in rap music, and I definately have much respect for what he did. He may not be in my top lyrically, but he definately can be considered one of the greats in rap. He was the original Bad Boy, he was Bad Boy.
Later
