Looks like Warner Bros. is getting the ball rolling on a Justice League movie with a script written by the duo behind Mr. and Mrs. Smith. For those of you who don’t know, the Justice League is superhero team consisting of all of DC Comics’ heavyweights (not to be confused with the fugaze Superfriends). The most well known members being Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman, Aquaman, Flash and Green Lantern. Whats interesting about this is that it will likely have Christian Bale and Brandon Routh reprising thier roles as Batman and Superman respectively. Fans aren’t likely to see the Justice League movie until after the new Batman film in 2008 (The Dark Knight) and the new Superman movie in 2009 (Superman: Man of Steel). It is also likely that Warner will use the momentum from the Justice League movie to transition into movies for the other members of the team. Expect Justice Leauge sometime in 2010.
