Brandy faces 2nd Lawsuit in December’s Fatal Crash

Highbrid Nation reported on January 25th that actress-singer, Brandy Norwood was involved in a fatal car accident This morning we have learned a second wrongful death lawsuit has been filed against Brandy in the December freeway crash.
On Jan. 30, a $50 million lawsuit claimed Brandy was reportedly driving recklessly when her sport utility vehicle struck the back of a Honda driven by Awatef Aboudihaj, 38, killing her. The most recent lawsuit was filed on Feb. 8 on behalf of her parents, Aboudihaj Ahmed, Moroccan residents.
The city attorney’s office is still deciding whether to charge the singer with misdemeanor vehicular manslaughter. If charged and convicted, Brandy, 28, faces up to a year in jail and a $1,000 fine.
