Anna Nichole Smith has passed away. Smith, 39, was earlier reported by the AP to have colapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene. She was with her boyfreind Howard K. Stern according to her attorney, Ron Rale.

Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene. Keep it locked to Highbrid Nation for updates.

In a lawsuit filed last Thursday in Los Angeles Superior Court, Smith and TrimSpa Inc. were sued in a class-action lawsuit alleging their marketing of a weight-loss pill is false or misleading.

what a crazy last few years. she went from getting married to a millionarie, to having him die, to fighting with his family over his money, to getting fat, to getting skinny, to winning the money, to have a baby, to having her first son die, to having the paternity of her baby questioned, to dying herself. geez

man, she probably died of stress. a person can only take but so much.

that’s kinda crazy…RIP. You forgot she and Trimspa got sued the day before for like a ridiculous figure something like 200 mil.
