Tennessee Titans quarterback Vince Young wins 2006 Associated Press NFL Offensive Rookie of the Year Award. Another beats here. Whether pass or run. He will cause alot of pain in the league over the next 10-15 years.

Houston Texans linebacker DeMeco Ryans wins 2006 Associated Press NFL Defensive Rookie of the Year Award. Should have drafted him first I guess.
