Senegalese R&B artist Akon enters a second week at No. 1 on the Hot 100 with “I Wanna Love You” featuring Snoop Dogg, but he also becomes the first artist to replace himself at No. 1 on the Pop 100, as “Smack That” leapfrogs “I Wanna Love You” on that chart. “Smack That” is also the first No. 1 on Billboard’s new Hot RingMasters chart, which launches tomorrow (Dec. 1).
