Funny man Katt Williams was arrested yesterday (Nov. 6) at the Los Angeles International Airport for allegedly carrying a stolen, concealed weapon.

Funny man Katt Williams was arrested yesterday (Nov. 6) at the Los Angeles International Airport for allegedly carrying a stolen, concealed weapon.

According to TMZ.com, Williams was arrested around 3 p.m. in Terminal 5 after being stopped at a security check point.

The unknown, concealed weapon was allegedly found in the carry-on luggage.

The LAPD determined the weapon was stolen and a search of luggage already checked in turned up three additional weapons.

Williams was booked on felony charges of carrying a concealed weapon, and several other unknown charges.

The comedian’s HBO special The Pimp Chronicles Pt. 1 has garnered critical acclaim since its September debut.

Williams will serve as host of BET’s first ever Hip-Hop Awards in Atlanta.
