Wii To Be Released November 19th For $250!

The Seatle PI has posted an article online with news reported by the New York Times. The article states that tomorrow Nintendo will officially anounce the Wii launching on November 19th for $250. The system will also have a game called Wii Sports packed in with the system. Additionally the system will have digital photo trading funtion through a “Photo Channel” as well as “News” and “Weather” channels.

Nintendo will also anounce that the system will have around 25 games available by the end of the year and about 30 classic title availible for download on the Virtual Console. New games will costs $50 while downloaded games will run $5-$10.

Evorgleb: This is right in lines with what I was expecting. It also appears that the Wii will only come in the color white which is a bit disapointing.

its not really a rivel but more like an affordable alternative which offers a new way to play games
