It appears that Hoolywood will try to do it again. The Grudge 2 is expected to be released in October, the perfect month for it. It picks up where The Grudge left off. Karen Davis played by Sarah Michelle Gellar (The Grudge, Cruel Intentions and of T.Vs Buffy the Vampire Slayer)was not killed at the end as everyone was left to believe, but simply injured. When her sister Aubrey Davis played by Amber Tamblyn (Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants and of T.Vs Joan of Arcadia and Buffy the Vampire Slayer) hears of this she rushes to Tokyo to see what happens. The rest is self explained.
The Grudge which is taken from the Japanese film Ju-On was actually just one of the stories in it. Ju-On is a movie that depicts many different stories that are haunted by the Grudge. The largest surprise is drector Takashi Shimizu has annouced that he will direct The Grudge 3.
E. Night: Will this be the new Horror Franchise along side of Saw? Will the become the next Nightmare on Elm Street and Friday the 13ths? Only time will tell.
