This past weekend rapper Busta Rhymes a.k.a Trevor Smith was taken into police custody on charges releated to an incident that took place on Aug. 12. The way the story has been reported Busta was involved in an assault with others on a man who spat on Busta’s car. Busta’s attorney feels the arrest was nothing more then “payback” after Busta Rhymes failed to cooperate with police after the shooting that took the life of his bodygaurd Isreal Ramirez. It also looks like Busta Rhymes may be looking at felony weapon charges after the police found a machete in the rapper’s car.
